This was one of the later pies to make it to the Raw Melissa scene. I added this to my product line about four years after the business was launched. We originally sold it as is, then later decided to add a layer of chocolate to the bottom, and now sell it as Pumpkin Fudge. The truth is, the Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie is absolutely amazing on its own and in this video, you'll see how this same recipe can be made into a perfect smooth pudding.
