I make this fruit salad all throughout the summer, of course, but it is PERFECT for winter gatherings as well. You can always find frozen berries, and using fruit in season for different combinations makes it different every time. Use apricots and cherries in the springtime, pears and oranges in winter, peaches and apples in fall and raspberries and plums in summer.
