Swan Drsti
Swan first discovered yoga at the age of 15 in the form of a VHS, hidden and dusty, Yoga Journal's "Yoga for Beginners with Patricia Walden," released in 1990. Something in the movements and possibilities resonated leading to a twelve-year quest that continues today. Since that first experience, Swan has been blessed with incredible teachers and guides. She completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at the former Yoga Jo's Studio in Ogden, UT, and has been teaching yoga for ten years, working with triathletes, young adults, climbers, and individuals with muscular-dystrophy. Additionally, she has been involved in a plethora of workshops, including a yin yoga workshop in New Zealand. Sometimes yoga involves laughter, swearing and/or tears, but always it is a conversation with your body and an invitation for transformation.
